This Bentleigh East renovation modernised the home's layout, introduced high quality finishes and improved energy performance while integrating a sympathetic extension to increase living space.

The project consisted of renovating the bathroom and installing new window with providing an extra WC. Providing a out door decking area and new roof was next on the agenda providing a light filled space through the use of laser light. Merbau decking was installed to sub floor and coated.
