Monash University engaged BOS Construction to create an accessible, code‑compliant retreat room and upgrade critical services on the ground floor.

Work included a reinforced slab, thermally broken windows, updated lighting, smoke detectors and an integrated sprinkler system, plus compliant disabled access.
