Bentleigh east project was built in stages to accomodate the clients needs.

The project consisted of renovating the bathroom and installing new window with providing an extra Wc. Providing a out door decking area and new roof was next on the agenda providing a light filled space through the use of laser light. Merbau decking was installed to sub floor and coated.

Making use a the study nook and turning it in to a forth bedroom. Making use of the space to the laundry was the next challenge Turing it in to a second bathroom with a European laundry and Wc. Providing a new timber floor to the hall way and the remainder of the house using Tassie oak flooring finished with a osmo hard wax oil.

Monash university wanted a extra room down stairs in there 9 to 12 year lever as a retreat room.

This was a commercial build and consisted of a new slab thermally broken windows with lighting smoke detectors including sprinkler system.

There is disabled access to the front of the building consisting of a ramp and handrails heating units were installed on the walls.

Kyneton renovation was providing a new decking to the front section of the house and alfresco.

The vaulted ceiling has a carpola roof with windows installed to allow for light in to the existing extension and at night has a chandelier to light the room. This brining together the previous extension and the main part of the house together. Providing a vaulted ceiling and new wood fire heater between the existing house and the old extension.

The old extension where the bathroom once was, has been turned in to two new ensuite to accomodate the master bedroom and bedroom 1. A new walk in robe has been installed to both master bedroom and bed 1 with carpet to finish off the floor coverings.
