Plans & Pricing

BOS Construction has put together a number of simple, easy to understand plan and pricing packages to help you navigate the stress of building!

They have broken it down into three levels so you should be able to find the right plan to suit your specific budget.

It's as easy as Entry level, Quality or Prestige.

  • Entry Level

    Entry Level

    This package has been priced to cover renovations and new builds that require entry level fixtures and fittings.

    eg. The allowance for tapware to a kitchen or bathroom would be the lower end price point.

  • Quality

    Quality

    The 'Quality' package is, as the name suggests, priced to include better quality fittings and fixtures.

    eg. Allowances for a midrange quality tap for a kitchen or bathroom.

  • Prestige

    Prestige

    The 'Prestige' package includes an allowance that would cover top of the line fittings and fixtures.

    eg. Tapware would more likely be a custom item for this price point.
