Monash university wanted a extra room down stairs in there 9 to 12 year lever as a retreat room.
This was a commercial build and consisted of a new slab thermally broken windows with lighting smoke detectors including sprinkler system.
There is disabled access to the front of the building consisting of a ramp and handrails heating units were installed on the walls.
